Spring Band Performances
The Brookville High School Band Concert is tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7:00 in the High School Auditorium. We attended the Elementary Band Concert last night and the Jr. High Concert tonight. Both were great! We are so fortunate to have such a fantastic music program in our school district. Thank yous go to Royce Hetrick and Tim Stevenson for their amazing achievements with our young musicians.

2Earth Day
Earth Day was begun in 1970 by United States Senator Gaylord Nelson from Wisconsin. He wanted to draw attention to the environmental degradation that he saw in our country. Earth Day is now a globally recognized day of reflection on the environmental impact that humans have on our planet. Events and activities are organized by Earth Day Network as they attempt to reach a goal of “A Billion acts of Green!” This Friday we’ll join with 500 million others world wide in celebration of our Earth.
